  1. What are the delivery charges on Foop?
    1. The delivery charges vary from seller to seller and from product to product. Lower value products may also incur a nominal delivery charge. In order to know more about the delivery charges for your order, kindly refer to your order summary or invoice, to see the product specific delivery charges.
  2. What is the delivery time?
    1. The delivery time for a product is mentioned on the corresponding product page. Sellers generally ship the product within this estimated delivery time. Business days do not include Sundays and other public holidays. The estimated delivery time depends on the Seller’s policies, the stock/ availability with the Seller and the order delivery pin code/ location.
  3. Why does the delivery date not match the delivery timeline of given business days?
    1. Business days do not include Sundays and other public holidays, as some courier partners and/ or Sellers may not work on those days. In such an instance, we add a day to the estimated date of delivery.
  4. Why does the delivery time vary for different Sellers?
    1. Delivery times are dependent upon several factors, such as the stock/ availability with the Seller, Seller location, the order delivery pin code/ location, the courier partner’s time to deliver and the Seller’s policies.
  5. The Seller can or does not want to deliver to my location – why is that?
    1. To check if delivery is available for your location, refer the product or item page and enter your pin code to verify. If you have not provided your pin code until checkout, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Whether your location/ pin code can be serviced or not, depends on several factors such as Seller serviceability, legal conditions or restrictions (if any) and/ or availability of courier partners.
    2. You can also use your bank’s Netbanking facility to pay for your order on the Foop platform (web site, app, etc.).
  6. Can I pay for my order with cash on delivery (COD)?
    1. Yes, the cash on delivery (COD) payment option is available on select products or items and/ or select locations/ pin codes. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product instead of paying online, in advance. The maximum order value for a COD payment is ₹50,000. For COD orders, only Indian Rupees will be accepted. Foreign currency, Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for such orders.
    2. Availability of COD depends on the capability of the courier partner in your location, to accept and manage cash payment at the time of delivery. To check if the COD payment option is available at your location, refer the product or item page and enter your pin code to verify.
  7. Do you deliver internationally?
    1. As of now, we do not provide delivery outside of India.
  8. Some products say ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Available’. What do these mean?
    1. ‘Available’ means the Seller may or may not have the product in stock, but that they can procure and deliver it once you place an order.
    2. ‘Out of Stock’ means the product in not available for sale. In such cases you can use the ‘Update Me’ button to opt for updates on future availability of the product.
    3. ‘In Stock’ means the product is readily in stock, and you can place an order. The order will be fulfilled as per the given estimated delivery times.
    4. ‘Back In Stock Soon’ means the product in not available for sale however more stock is awaited soon. In such cases you can use the ‘Update Me’ button to opt for updates on future availability of the product.
    5. ‘Temporarily Not Available’ means the product in not available for sale however this could change. In such cases you can use the ‘Update Me’ button to opt for updates on future availability of the product.
    6. ‘Discontinued’ means the product in no longer available for sale, and it is discontinued.
